P.S. & Co. Muffin Batter Pint (Frozen)

Includes: 1 × 16 oz pint of plain muffin batter
Ships frozen. Customize & bake at home.

Freshly made in-house, then frozen at peak freshness — this versatile muffin batter is your blank canvas for cozy, bakery-style muffins at home. Crafted in our 100% organic, plant-rich, gluten-free, kosher kitchen in small batches.

Your batter ships frozen and arrives ready for your choose-your-own muffin adventure.


Choose Your Adventure

Keep it classic or fold in your favorites:

  • Chocolate chips (bakes a bit faster)

  • Blueberries or other juicy fruits (bake a bit longer)

Tip: We recommend juicy fruits like blueberries. Strawberries and raspberries tend to be too dry once baked.


Upon Arrival

  • If baking right away: allow batter to thaw in the refrigerator.

  • If not baking same day: keep frozen or refrigerate once thawed.


Baking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F–350°F

    • Hot ovens: 325°F

    • Standard ovens: 350°F

  2. Grab a muffin pan and line with muffin or cupcake liners.

  3. Fill each liner using a large ice cream scoop (or just below the top of the liner).

  4. Bake for 18–25 minutes, then begin checking for doneness.

  • Chocolate chip muffins: usually ready around 18 minutes

  • Juicy fruit muffins (like blueberries): may need 20–25 minutes, depending on moisture and fruit type

Rotate your pan every 10 minutes for even baking.

They’re ready when:

  • Tops are domed and lightly golden

  • Centers feel set upon touch (should bounce back)

  • You catch that warm, freshly baked muffin aroma ✨

If using juicy fruit, start checking at 20 minutes and continue in 2–3 minute increments as needed.


Storage & Enjoyment

Best enjoyed freshly baked the same day.

If not finishing immediately, refrigerate.
